ABOUT LarFTY

Join our High School youth group! Led by our teens, LarFTY (Larchmont Federation of Temple Youth) offers programming designed and led by a peer-elected board. LarFTY has exciting programs available for all high schoolers, including: social action, religious, cultural, educational, and recreational activities. This year’s LarFTY calendar includes Friendsgivikkah, an overnight shul-in, trips outside of New York, volunteering with the Fuller Center, and weekly Starbucks office hours. There are also lots of NFTY (North American Federation for Temple Youth) NAR (New York Area) Regional and North American NFTY events!

NFTY, the North American Federation of Temple Youth, is the high school youth movement of Union for Reform Judaism. For over sixty years the organization has offered thousands of young people the opportunity to explore and live Reform Judaism. LarFTY is a member of NFTY-NAR, New York Area Region, and all Larchmont Temple High schoolers are invited to participate in NFTY. NFTY-NAR brings together Reform teens from Westchester, Long Island, and New York City.
