Covid Protocols for Congregants and Visitors

1. Services including B’nei Mitzvahs—
- All attendees 5 and over must be fully vaccinated. *
- B’nei Mitzvahs’ families must inform attendees of vaccine requirements.
- Masks are optional during services and when moving around the building and grounds.
- For those who wish to be in the company of other people who are wearing masks, we will have a special designated section of the sanctuary where they can sit with comfort.
2. Events with food Sponsored by Temple—
- All attendees 5 and over must be fully vaccinated.
3. Events with food sponsored by Temple members and third parties—
- While compliance with rules for Temple sponsored events is strongly encouraged, Host may establish own guidelines so long as no less restrictive than government guidelines.
- All vendors must be fully vaccinated.
4. Temple Adult Programming and Education —
- All attendees 5 and over must be fully vaccinated. *
- Masks are optional
5. Rules of General applicability—
- All attendees/visitors shall complete Covid self-assessment and comply with assessment.
N.B. Services and events will be limited in size to prevent overcrowding. Temple will communicate in a timely fashion what protocol is applicable for each event.
* Full vaccination means at least 2 vaccines for 5 years an older. For 5-year old’s we understand they may need 60 days after their birthday to meet the requirement.
Note: LT reserves the right to change, reverse, or tighten restrictions at any time, in order to comply with guidelines or best practices or to protect the public health and the wellbeing of our community.

To attend services or events at Larchmont Temple please make sure you can say "No" to all of the following:
Symptoms
Are you experiencing or in the past 10 days have you experienced any of the known COVID-19 symptoms (fever of 100 degrees or higher, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, or diarrhea)? (If yes but since cleared by a doctor, answer "No")
COVID Testing
Have you tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 5 days)? (If yes but since cleared by a doctor, answer "No")
Contact
To your knowledge have you had "close contact", which can include multiple brief contacts over a 24-hour period, with one or more people who experienced symptoms of or tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 10 days? (If yes but since cleared by a doctor, answer "No")
Quarantine
Have you been advised by a doctor or any local, state or federal authority to be in quarantine at this time?
